Baked prawns and Fatalii
Today we are going to look at the preparation of baked prawns with the'addition of our Fatalii pepper
- 16 Prawns
- 1 Organic lemon with edible peel
- 1 Garlic
- Chili Fatalii powdered
- Chili oil
- E.v.o. oil.
- Turn on the oven to 190°, wash and dry the prawns, parsley and lemon. Make a mince with parsley and peeled garlic. In a baking dish arrange the prawns, sprinkle them with the mince, season with salt, drizzle with chili oil mixed with extra virgin olive oil, scrape over the peel of half a lemon and helping yourself with 2 spoons turn well. When the oven has reached temperature put in the oven, after about 10 minutes when the shell has whitened add dry white wine and turn again, after another 10 minutes or so put in the juice of half a lemon and chili Fatalii powder. Check that there is always liquid, and after another 5 minutes or when cooked, serve.
