Instructions
- A spicy recipe that is very quick to make and extremely simple. Using scissors, cut the mozzarella, scamorza, Swiss, and pecorino into small cubes; clean and wash the parsley, dry it well, and chop it.In a frying pan heat 4 tablespoons of oil, drain the pasta al dente and pour it into the pasta saucepan, add the cheeses and let them melt and mix for a few minutes, at the end chopped parsley, Bhut Jolokia chili and serve immediately.Serve the dish with a handful of finely chopped parsley, a basil leaf, a tomato cut into four and a sprinkling of chili powder Bhut jolokia. We decided to match a chili pepper with high spiciness, Bhut Jolokia, which goes perfectly with cheeses and dairy products in general. You can modify the classic recipe by adding smoked bacon or diced cooked ham.
