Spicy mojito with hot lemon pepper
Hot version of the famous chili cocktail Hot Lemon
Ingredients
- 1 Spoonful of brown sugar
- ½ Lime
- to taste Mint
- 4 Ice cubes
- to taste Filled carbonated water
- 0,2 g Chili Hot Lemon powdered
- 5 cl White rum
Instructions
- Pour into a tumbler glass (the classic cocktail glass) 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, the mint leaves, half a lime cut into pieces, and 1 or 2 chilies Hot Lemon fresh or dried powder. With the help of a pestle, apply light pressure so that everything is blended, being careful not to tear the mint leaves. Add crushed ice to the brim of the glass. You can easily break up the ice by placing it in a tea towel and beating it with the meat masher or simply with the pestle used earlier. Once the tumbler is filled, add about 5 cl of white rum and a splash of sparkling water.To finish, carefully swirl the cocktail with a long spoon and garnish with a young sprig of spearmint.We paired a Hot Lemon pepper because its freshness and not high degree of spiciness make the spicy mojito a cocktail for everyone.
