Ecuadorian Brown

Feature of fruits: Ecuadorian Brown chile pepper fruits are pendulous in shape and reach a length of 10-12 cm. The fruits are similar to dark brown pods with a crisp, meaty texture. The plant reaches a height of 70-80 cm and a width of 60 cm.

Pepper Maremma recommends it:  Given its fragrance and low spiciness, it pairs well on carpaccio and rice salads. Also very popular for making sauces that are not overly spicy.
